Our team currently manages a wide variety of real estate properties including large-scale gated communities, high-rise condominiums, golf courses, marinas, fitness centers, clubhouses (including all lifestyle activities), and office and retail commercial projects. As seasoned developers, we can readily identify entitlement opportunities and take the necessary actions to preserve these assets. We have the expertise to complete or liquidate partially completed projects, foreclosed properties and troubled assets and are skilled in all aspects of the management and accounting of community development districts and homeowner associations.
