J. Frank Surface Chairman & CEOFrank has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vesta for over a decade. During that period the company has acquired or financed over $100 million of recreational amenities that serve residential communities and has grown to be a 300 person entity with multiple property management offices throughout Florida. Frank has extensive experience in financing commercial and real estate transactions and in the merger and acquisition business entities. He specialized in these areas for many years in his practice of law with first with a major state wide and then with an international law firm. He held executive management positions with several companies and a large law firm and has served on the board of a number of businesses, educational institutions, governmental agencies and other not for profit entities. Frank chaired several public companies, including one listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and entities and task forces established by the state of Florida and local governments , including an urban redevelopment company, technology an innovation corporation, mortgage lending task force, mass transit committee and charter revision commission. He has been active in the educational field, being a founder of a secondary school, serving on the board of trustees of a high school and serving as chairman of a highly ranked liberal arts university for a number of years. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree with attainments in commerce from Washington and lee University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. |

Michael D. Hyman Vice ChairmanMichael D. Hyman is Vice Chairman of Vesta. He has an undergraduate degree in Construction Technology and is a graduate of Purdue University with a Masters Degree in Transportation and Urban Planning. He was formerly Director of Planning, Zoning and Community Development for the City of West Palm Beach, where he was responsible for the creation, adoption and administration of the City's Master Plan and oversaw all zoning applications. He later served on the City Commission and as Mayor of the City of West Palm Beach. He has a State of Florida General Contractor's License, State of Florida Community Association Manager's License and State of Florida Real Estate Broker's License. He has more than thirty years, hands on, experience in residential and commercial property management. Hyman oversees the management and amenity services for all large scale residential communities for Vesta Properties. |

Warren Hughes Vice ChairmanWarren Hughes is Vice Chairman of Vesta. He has been a real estate broker focusing on commercial and residential properties since 1971. He has owned and managed six real estate companies on the West Coast of Florida and handled the seizing; security; maintenance and sale of properties for the United States Marshall Office in Tampa. He has co-owned and managed several construction management companies in Florida, a full-service marina and a private golf resort. |

Ginger Anzalone Vice President, Vesta Facilities ManagementGinger Anzalone is Vice President of Vesta Facilities Management, a diverse management company providing full-service amenities management of multiple facilities on 45 acres in a community of 5200+ homes in West Florida. Ginger provides consultation and direction for operational efficiencies, practicality and feasibility programming and maintenance, personnel management and budgetary supervision. She has over 12 years as an active adult program specialist involving contracted entertainment, food and beverage operations, spa and fitness operations cyberspace and concierge services She is responsible for insuring customer satisfaction and quality of service offerings as well as growth of revenue generation areas and assessing evolutionary changes in customer demographics. She also has extensive experience in large Clubhouse development and program design and implementation. |

Daniel P. Armstrong Vice President, Corporate DevelopmentDan Armstrong is Vice President of Administrative Services, overseeing the accounting and other administrative functions at the shared service center of Vesta in Jacksonville, Florida. His experience has included the performance, oversight and delivery of accounting, administrative services and financial reporting for a broad range of entities from large corporations following SEC requirements, to the not-for-profit associations, social clubs and trusts which make up many of our clients, and to special-purpose entities providing turnkey financing to associations purchasing their related facilities. Armstrong started as a Florida Certified Public Accountant at the then “Big Six” firm Deloitte & Touche in 1993 where he specialized in the audits of publicly traded and real estate clients. He next headed the internal audit department for Koger Equity, a NYSE-traded REIT before coming to Vesta’s predecessor, Community Resource Systems, Inc. in 2001 initially as Controller. |

Sean M. Foley, LCAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Vice President, Residential Property ManagementSean Foley is Vice President of Residential Property Management. Foley has held various high-level positions with prominent management firms in the Chicago area. His specialties include developer services, quality control and process improvement. He also served as a consultant to many developers in the tri-state area in the construction of Planned Unit Developments and has assisted the banking industry with distressed or foreclosed properties.

Lisa Manzione Vice President, Special ProjectsLisa Manzione is Vice President of Special Projects. With over 15 years experience in accounting and finance, she currently provides financial oversight, and management over a property with 7,200 condominiums with a $16 million annual operating budget located in Delray Beach, Fl. Lisa manages a staff of 10 financial professionals, including accounts payable and payroll staff, assistant controller, along with the balance of the employed staff, which includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, housekeeping, and golf employees. As a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), she works closely with community organizations and committees, including the Board of Governors, Financial Review and Insurance committees.

David Surface Vice President, Corporate DevelpmentDavid Surface is Vice President, Corporate Development for Vesta Property Services and is responsible for Vesta’s growth through acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Mr. Surface’s career experience includes involvement in all aspects of real estate, both commercial as well as residential. Prior to joining Vesta, David was managing partner for a real estate finance, management and brokerage company serving institutional clients.
